About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking motors drives and related industrial equipment. Youll work closely with the external sales team operations and warehouse staff to deliver accurate advice fast turnaround on quotes and exceptional service.
This position suits someone who enjoys problemsolving customer interaction and learning technical products in the electrical/mechanical space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone email and counter sales
- Prepare accurate quotes proposals and pricing for motors drives and industrial equipment
- Process sales orders purchase orders and delivery coordination
- Maintain detailed product knowledge
- Support external sales with customer updates lead follow-ups and technical information
- Troubleshoot basic product enquiries and support after-sales requirements
- Liaise with warehouse service and logistics teams to meet customer deadlines
- Maintain CRM/ERP accuracy and contribute to sales reporting
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Experience in internal sales customer service or technical sales administration
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- High attention to detail accuracy and organisational ability
- Confident using computer systems MS Office and email platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn technical products
