Tasks

• Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance people & culture business development or operations
• Support the Chief of Staff in both operational and strategic topics working closely with the founders
• Contribute to developing our organization and gain insights into recruiting and finance processes
• Help plan and organize internal events (e.g. team events all-hands meetings) and shape our team culture

Requirements

• You are in the advanced stages of your Bachelors or already doing your Masters degree - ideally in a business-related field
• You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality
• You have excellent German and English skills
• You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• You have good organizational and project management skills to drive projects independently
• Initial experience in consulting start-ups or project management is a plus
• Availability: at least 4 months (onsite in Berlin)
