Job Summary:

Artha Surgicals is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth and promote our range of medical and surgical products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills a proactive attitude and a passion for sales in the healthcare or surgical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals clinics and medical institutions.
Promote and sell surgical and medical products to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors purchase departments and distributors.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in exhibitions trade shows and promotional events.
Collect market intelligence and feedback to improve product performance and strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales customer interactions and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
1 3 years of experience in sales or marketing (preferably in the medical/surgical industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Self-motivated target-oriented and willing to travel.
