Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TBSM FIS Quantum Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in treasury systems financial data management and user support. This role requires a deep understanding of the FIS Quantum treasury system and the ability to manage and maintain financial data user access and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Management: Oversee the maintenance and integration of the FIS Quantum treasury system ensuring accurate and complete data management.
• User Access Management: Manage user access including onboarding off-boarding and reviewing system access requests.
• Financial Data Maintenance: Update and maintain financial data including bank account and general ledger information.
• Client Service and Support: Provide exceptional client service and user support troubleshooting issues and resolving inquiries related to FIS Quantum.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to track team performance system usage and financial data accuracy.
• Project Management: Lead meetings with consultants to review project progress and track key deliverables.
• Procedure Documentation: Develop and maintain procedure documentation to support standardized workflows.
• Service Ticket Management: Utilize ServiceNow to create manage and close service tickets ensuring timely resolution and clear documentation.
• System Troubleshooting: Leverage Microsoft Copilot A.I. to identify root causes of software functionality issues and implement solutions.
• Process Improvement: Reform reporting processes to enhance accuracy automation and continuity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury systems management financial data analysis and user support.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in FIS Quantum Microsoft Power BI Tableau SQL and Python.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and mitigate risks.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create detailed process guides and documentation.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects leading meetings and tracking deliverables.
• Client Service: Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate client service and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other treasury systems such as FXall and FIS TRAX.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and compliance.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for service ticket and project management.
