Job Summary

Role Description:
Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations enhancements and support activities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders focusing on compensation models taxation and payment plans
Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components including custom objects rules and pay groups
Translate CAPEX/OPEX policies into compensation configurations
Work with UI/UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
Design and configure AI-assisted components for improved customer and sales insights
Develop and manage custom roles ensuring secure access and compliance
Collaborate with Sales Ops Finance and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
Create documentation test cases and conduct user training
Provide production support and resolve incentive/commission calculation issues in a timely manner

Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in: Custom Object creation and configuration
Calculation Rules and Formulas for commission and incentive payouts
Designing and managing Pay Groups and Payment Plans
Configuring Tax Rates Tax Codes and knowledge of CAPEX vs OPEX treatment in compensation flows
B. Redwood UI for Incentive Compensation
Experience working with Redwood design system within Oracle CX Cloud
Ability to adapt and transition legacy configurations to the Redwood interface
C. AI for CX
Knowledge of AI capabilities within Oracle CX Cloud for: Predictive analytics
Sales recommendations Automated customer insights
Lead scoring and AI-assisted compensation modeling
D. Custom Role Design in Oracle CX
Experience creating and managing Custom Roles and Security Profiles
Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for CX modules
Governance and segregation of duties for compliance
E. Commission Calculation Knowledge
Deep understanding of Sales Commission Calculations processing cycles and exceptions
Exposure to sales performance management (SPM) strategies
Aligning compensation models with revenue targets and KPIs

Desirable Skills:
Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Oracle Engagement Cloud or Fusion Middleware
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for data flows between ERP HCM and CX
Understanding of Oracle BI Publisher or OTBI for report generation
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or HCM Cloud for end-to-end incentive planning
Oracle CX Cloud Consultant Certification
Oracle Incentive Compensation Implementation Specialist
Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud: Implementation Specialist
Oracle Integration Cloud Certification (for OIC interface knowledge)


Required Skills:

Experience (Years): 4-6 Essential Skills: Work with project teams throughout the organization to design implement and manage CDN infrastructure using Akamai to ensure high availability performance and scalability for customer facing applications and business processes. Handle multiple priorities and assignments with excellence and precision. Be a part of a 24/7/365 organization (some after hours support is expected as part of normal on-call rotation). Directly support line of business development teams provide guidance to them on implementation and changes for customer facing applications Develop and maintain security protocols and measures to protect CDN infrastructure from cyber threats. Monitor and analyze network performance identifying and resolving issues to optimize content delivery of critical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Akamai CDN solutions with existing systems and applications. Collaborate with information security teams to implement DDoS protection strategies and other security measures in the CDN. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding CDN and security best practices. Work closely with vendor and professional service teams on delivery related activities and strategy. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. OR similar work experience. Strong understanding of network protocols (HTTP/HTTPS DNS TCP/IP). Proven experience as a CDN Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on -depth knowledge of Content Delivery Network technologies including caching load balancing and content optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience supporting 24/7/365 customer facing applications at enterprise scale. Awareness and experience with cybersecurity tools and practices such as firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems and encryption. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash) a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CEH) are a plus but not required.
