Schedule: Monday Thursday 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance and Repair Worker to perform a variety of manual labor tasks for building and grounds upkeep. This role requires experience in general maintenance landscaping and the operation of power tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of working outdoors and performing repairs with direct supervision.

Responsibilities

Perform miscellaneous landscaping duties including mowing and weed trimming.
Conduct building maintenance tasks including light plumbing repairs painting changing light bulbs and minor carpentry.
Operate pressure washers for outdoor cleaning of windows and equipment.
Clean and wash equipment as needed.
Assist with maintaining and performing minor repairs on yard equipment.
Liaise with vendors when they are on-site for major repairs.
Complete job-related reports and forms.
Perform other manual labor duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience performing yard maintenance including operating lawn mowers weed trimmers and power washers.
2 years of experience in building maintenance including light plumbing and painting.
Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to lift carry and handle up to 50 pounds.
Physical ability to stoop climb squat push pull crawl or bend on a frequent basis.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Must have a valid Drivers License and dependable transportation.
Must be able to pass a Level 1 background screening.

Preferred Qualifications

A handyman or contractor license is highly desired.

Additional Requirements

Steel-toed boots are required and must be provided by the candidate.
