Job Summary

JOB TITLE: Ops Trainee
LOCATION: Tulsa OK
PAY RATE: $19.28/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations
Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role
Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary

Summary:

Perform fitting of parts basic drilling and riveting using hand and pneumatic tools (rivet guns drills reamers files etc.)
Ensure parts and work meet instructions and Quality Control standards
Learn to read work orders blueprints and specifications to determine sequence of operations
Align and assemble parts using fixtures pins clamps and fasteners
Observe and assist with assemblies gradually working with decreasing supervision
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong mechanical aptitude; enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred
Ability to read write speak and understand English
Basic computer and keyboard skills
Must be able to lift and transport up to 40 lbs
Must be available to work any shift
Basic shop math and ability to read scales
Attention to detail professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
Demonstrate good housekeeping and safety practices
Proficiency in personal computer software

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
