The Role: Financial Administrator
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic growing business. Youll support the finance function by maintaining accurate financial records managing daily transactions and helping streamline financial processes as the company scales. This position offers a clear development path to a Junior Financial Accountant role and is perfect for someone who enjoys precision problem-solving and contributing to an ambitious brands success.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations in Xero (bank supplier payments journals).
Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently and accurately.
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Support stock control and cost accounting processes.
Ensure all supplier and customer information is kept up to date.
Help implement improved financial systems and workflows.
Collaborate with management to provide timely and insightful financial data.
Maintain an organised filing system for all financial documentation.

About You

Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role.
Proficiency in Xero (non-negotiable).
Strong Excel skills confident with formulas pivots and reconciliations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Highly organised proactive and solutions-focused.
Manufacturing or FMCG experience is advantageous.
Studying towards or interested in pursuing accounting qualifications (SAIPA CIMA SAICA) is beneficial.
Positive energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
