Digital Marketing Creator (Cape Town Based) Ello Technology

Were hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing Creator to design run and scale full-stack marketing that drives real pipeline for the Ello Group. If you love building funnels producing daily content and turning attention into booked sales calls this role is for you.

What youll do

Build and maintain high-converting funnels and automations across our stack (SM ad landing page form Zoho CRM sales). Own tags tracking and smooth lead handoff.
Create high-output social content (short-form video posts) and iterate from the data.
Keep websites and landing pages fresh fast and SEO-friendly.
Run email/referral campaigns and lead-nurture flows that convert to bookings and webinars.

The scoreboard youll own

Youll report against a simple transparent KPI scorecard including qualified leads booked sales appointments content output live funnels webinars and cost-per-lead. Bottom line: did your work create booked meetings for sales If yes win. If not fix it fast.

Tools youll use

HighLevel Zoho CRM Meta Ads Manager CapCut/Canva YouTube/Loom and ChatGPT.

What youll bring

Proven experience in funnel marketing lead gen and marketing automation.
Creative analytical mindset with strong execution and organisation.
