They are looking for a results-driven professional with a Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives focused on maximising revenue and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand presence strengthening customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across Southern Africa.

Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business growth objectives.
- Enhance and manage the companys social media platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Represent the company at marketing expos trade shows and industry events across Southern Africa.
- Utilise CRM systems digital marketing tools and sales analytics to optimise marketing performance and customer outreach.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
- Prepare and present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends competitors and customer needs.
- Conduct ongoing market and product analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
- Using targeted advertising to reach specific mining professionals.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives to strengthen brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials manage product positioning and ensure a strong and consistent online presence.
- Direct stakeholder communication and public relations efforts to build and maintain strong client and market relationships.
- Travel locally and internationally to company branches and client sites as required.
