Our client is a leading real estate institution that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Lead the nationwide Legal team to manage and oversee all legal matters for the Company.
  

• Set strategic goals develop and implement policies and procedures for the legal department to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations industry standards and internal policies.
  

• Direct all facets of the Companys legal affairs safeguarding its legal interests to the fullest extent.
  

• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies in compliance with current laws and coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals or certificates.
  

• Conduct legal research provide consultations and advise management on various legal matters as requested.
  

• Draft review and translate legal documents required by management.
  

• Review draft and ensure all contracts agreements and internal policies comply with statutory and legal requirements.
  

• Develop and update legal policies procedures forms and contract templates.
  

• Offer legal guidance and support to different departments as needed.
  

• Collaborate with relevant teams to address legal risks and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
  

• Provide legal training interpret regulations and communicate legal requirements to staff.
  

• Participate in selecting and engaging external legal counsel monitor litigation progress and manage relationships with external lawyers and third-party service providers.
  

• Lead the defense and prosecution of lawsuits involving the Company.
  

• Ensure implementation and adherence to the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) and oversee the Companys Environment Health and Safety compliance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law.
  

• At least 15 years of professional experience as a lawyer in-house counsel or legal consultant; experience in an international law firm is advantageous.
  

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the real estate sector.
  

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese with the capability to independently advise senior management on complex legal issues.
  

• Strong teamwork orientation entrepreneurial mindset and dedication to maintaining high standards of quality.
  

• In-depth understanding of Corporate Law Investment Law Real Estate Law and related legal matters.
  

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  

• Strong analytical and interpretative abilities.
