Our client is a leading bank in Vietnam that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Research develop and manage product service policy and utility solutions for personal credit products for customer segments ensuring the highest alignment with customer needs and the business objectives of each segment over specific periods and customer lifecycles to achieve business targets and maximize efficiency for the Bank.
Develop sales tools solutions and business promotion programs for personal credit products for customer segments; implement and monitor the effectiveness of these solutions and programs throughout the deployment process.
Provide direction motivation and support for sales implementation activities; enhance the capabilities of sales teams handling personal credit products for customer segments.
Manage the performance and take responsibility for the business results effectiveness and quality of personal credit products.
Manage and evaluate the quality of personal credit portfolios according to the Banks orientation over time; propose improvement measures to enhance credit quality.
Manage and develop the assigned team of employees.
Manage human resources (develop workforce plans allocate personnel recruit train and develop successors; build assignment mechanisms recognize and evaluate work performance of employees and management staff) to ensure adequate and high-quality human resources.
Ensure compliance with internal policies regulations procedures and guidelines as well as adherence to service quality commitments (SLAs).
Build a proactive and positive working culture; promote collaboration within the Division and with other departments across the Bank.
Perform other duties as assigned or directed by the Director of the Retail Banking Division and/or as authorized in accordance with the Banks regulations and relevant laws.
Bachelors degree or higher.
Major in Finance Banking or Business Administration.
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher (or equivalent certification).
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance or banking.
At least 5 years of management experience in equivalent operational roles.
Strong professional knowledge and experience in developing strategic plans for banking operations.
Good understanding of banking activities and operations.
Familiar with the business model goals and strategic direction of the Bank including core values vision and mission.
