Position Summary:
Thorough knowledge which allows employee to wash scrape polish grind and sand contoured metal surfaces to finish forging dies trimmers and other tooling by performing the following duties with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before management and other Company employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
Certificates or Licenses
Must possess Shultz Steel Company certifications in the following: Overhead Crane Operator and Mobile Equipment (Forklift).
Experience & Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
