Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week (4 hours daily)
  • Mon-Friday 9am-1pm
  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California)

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of our short-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills operational expertise and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This role focuses on driving efficiency profitability and exceptional guest experiences across a growing portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize property performance enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate cleaners contractors and support staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Analyze market trends competitor activities and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial performance of the properties to align with overall business goals.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes industry standards and emerging technologies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and utilize relevant platforms such as Airbnb VRBO Guesty Turno and Conduit.
  • Perform sales and marketing-related tasks including outreach via email phone and text to help increase bookings and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management hospitality managing AirBnBs Required
  • Sales or appointment setting experience
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency financial performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and a solid understanding of revenue management strategies and industry trends.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Familiarity with local regulations zoning laws and short-term rental compliance requirements is an advantage.
