Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Solution Design: Lead the architecture and detailed design of Core & Edge networking solutions for the Mico2026 Olympic Games including venue deployment broadcast networks and operational zones.
Implementation Leadership: Oversee and support deployment activitiesfrom hardware roll-out and configuration to integration with security and monitoring systems.
Operational Excellence: Guide and support operations teams to maintain network stability performance and security during Games-time operations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with venue managers engineering teams service providers and Games leadership to align designs and deployments with event timelines.
Issue Resolution: Handle complex network incidents with rapid diagnosis and resolution to protect critical event services.
Documentation & Handover: Create and maintain network diagrams implementation guides and operational runbooks for smooth handover to operations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify optimization opportunities drawing from lessons learned in previous large-scale event networks.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
5 years in enterprise networking consulting or solution delivery ideally in large-scale or high-availability environments (sports broadcast public venues).
Proven experience designing and implementing Core & Edge networks SD-WAN LAN/WLAN and security solutions.
Strong knowledge of network monitoring incident management and operational support processes.
Ability to lead and coordinate multi-vendor and cross-functional teams under time pressure.
Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting international sports entertainment or similar events.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Cisco CCIE Juniper JNCIE).
Familiarity with Olympic Games technology delivery models and constraints.
Technical Competencies
Strong understanding of Core & Edge architecture Wi-Fi concepts and security integration.
Proficiency with network monitoring and management tools.
Ability to create and interpret network diagrams documentation and operational playbooks.
