The Professional Services Consultant will act as a subject matter expert for implementing Juniper Networks products and solutions with a strong emphasis on Juniper Mist for EX APs SSR Mist Wired Assurance Mist WAN Assurance Mist Wireless Assurance Mist NAC and site survey expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Provide expert guidance and hands-on support to operations teams to maintain network stability performance and security during Games-time operations.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with venue managers engineering teams service providers and Games leadership to align designs and deployments with event timelines and evolving requirements.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents quickly to protect critical event services
Documentation & Handover: Create and maintain documentation such as network diagrams implementation guides and operational runbooks for seamless handover.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
5 years in enterprise networking consulting or solution delivery ideally in large-scale or high-availability environments (sports broadcast public venues).
Expertise in designing and implementing Wi-Fi solutions.
Strong knowledge of monitoring incident management and operational support.
Skilled in leading multi-vendor cross-functional teams on time-critical projects.
Excellent communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in international events (sports entertainment similar).
Certifications: JNCIS-Mist JNCIP-Mist JNCIE-ENT.
Familiarity with Olympic Games technology models and constraints.
Experience with Mist AP/Cloud or similar (Aruba Extreme Networks Cisco Meraki).
DC and Campus fabric implementation using Juniper EX/QFX or equivalents (Cisco Arista).
RADIUS and NAC deployment (Cisco ISE Aruba Clearpass Forescout or similar).
Technical Competencies
Solid understanding of Wi-Fi concepts and wired switching.
Proficiency with monitoring and management tools
Ability to develop and interpret diagrams documentation and playbooks.
SD-WAN including Session Smart Router (128T SSR).
Knowledge of IEEE 802.11 (b/g/n/ac/ax) 802.1x Wi-Fi.
Troubleshooting NAC products (Cisco ISE Aruba Clearpass Forescout etc.).
Controller- or cloud-based wireless management expertise.
Layer 2: Ethernet VLAN (802.1q/p) BFD STP/RSTP ARP LACP VRRP 802.1x.
Datacenter: VxLAN EVPN Virtual Chassis (VC) GBP.
