What Youll Do:

Maintain impeccably organized digital and physical case files
Conduct factual investigations and compile payroll personnel and policy data
Draft pleadings discovery responses and correspondence
Manage critical deadlines and litigation calendars
Coordinate hearings depositions and meetings with clients and counsel
Prepare exhibit sets filing packages and e-filings in compliance with court rules
Track case progress and suggest strategic next steps to supervising attorneys
