CRM Transition Specialist (mfd)

Position Overview

As a CRM Transition Specialist you will play a key role in Fresenius Kabis transition from multiple regional CRM systems (Veeva Salesforce and others) to a unified global CRM solution based on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

You will be responsible for data migration cleansing and validation to ensure a seamless transition across regions. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Veeva and data management you will guide local and global teams through each phase of the migration processenabling a consistent high-quality CRM experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the project team and collaborate closely with country representatives to identify source and target databases objects and fields.

• Execute field mapping and propose best practices to ensure a smooth migration process.

• Analyze data volumes and communicate with technical teams to align on migration parameters and technical guidelines.

• Drive the match and merge process from legacy systems to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

• Recommend tools and approaches for data cleansing transformation and standardization.

• Develop standard templates to support local data preparation and migration activities.

• Advise on migration tool selection approach definition and translation requirements.

• Oversee the testing phase for data migration ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Support production migration including scheduling log monitoring and validation.

• Document technical details migration steps success criteria and outcomes.

Your Profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

• Experience working on large-scale IT projects involving multiple countries departments and vendors.

• Proven experience with Veeva CRM and Salesforce ideally having contributed to at least one end-to-end CRM migration project.

• Experience with Veeva Vault is an advantage.

• Strong background in ETL/ELT processes including data cleansing mapping validation and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft) and APIs for CRM-to-CRM data transfers.

• Solid SQL/SOQL skills and experience with relational databases.

• Proficiency in developing migration strategies including validation and rollback planning.

• Knowledge of CRUD principles Data Quality and Data Governance best practices.

• Excellent documentation skills for producing mapping documents migration playbooks and test scripts.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to data accuracy and issue resolution.

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Data Architect certification; Veeva CRM Admin certification required (Veeva Vault Admin is a plus).

• Pharma / Life Sciences industry experience preferred.

• Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Willingness to travel during key migration phases.
