About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Barcelona supporting recruitment activity across Iberia and selected EMEA markets. This role will act as a replacement within the team and will play a key part in managing end-to-end hiring processes particularly supporting roles requiring English and Portuguese language capabilities.

You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across different business units ensuring efficient high-quality hiring aligned with business priorities. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who is comfortable working in an international environment managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and adapting to different markets and hiring needs.

What youll do:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer stage for roles based primarily in Iberia and across EMEA.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements hiring strategy and realistic market expectations.

• Proactively collaborate with our Coordinators team to source candidates using LinkedIn job boards internal talent pools and referrals with a focus on profiles requiring English and Portuguese.

• Conduct structured candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills motivation and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth professional candidate experience.

• Collaborate with HR coordinators and onboarding teams to ensure compliant and timely hiring.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement.

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment ideally within a multinational or EMEA-focused environment.

• Experience recruiting across multiple roles and functions (IT sales corporate or operational roles is a plus).

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; Spanish is a strong plus.

• Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to advise and challenge hiring managers when needed.

• Organized resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.

• Based in or willing to work from Barcelona.
