Your impact

As an OneStream specialist youll make an impact by:

• Demonstrating a keen interest in CFOs agendas and how theyre impacted by current trends in technology and the global economy
• Gathering requirements and translating them into concrete user stories
• Developing (OneStream) finance models in different areas including consolidation costing planning budgeting and forecasting
• Training client end users and support them during UAT
• Supporting on onboarding the clients application & model builders and preparing training materials
• Being responsible for providing top-quality deliverables to clients
• Analyzing the business needs of different clients and translating it to the OneStream blueprint
• Bridging the gap between IT and business using analytics and (intelligent) automation tools to assess processes define requirements and provide data-driven recommendations
• Participating actively in a great and growing team delivering various projects end-to-end including technical implementation covering different use cases (finance and beyond)

About you

• You have a proactive approach and flexible attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
• You hold a university degree in Business Administration Economics or computer science and at least 2 years of work experience
• You have hands-on experience with OneStream and potentially with other Enterprise Performance Management solutions BI/analytics Robotics or AI solutions (e.g. Anaplan Oracle EPM Board Workday Adaptive CCH Tagetik SAP Analytics Cloud Tableau Power BI...).
• OneStream certification is considered a big asset
• You demonstrate working knowledge or relevant project experience in one of the following areas: accounting consolidation planning budgeting forecasting and reporting
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• You have a true team spirit and you are eager to work in a client-focused quality-driven environment
• You demonstrate a willingness to take ownership (i.e. key project deliverables or day-to-day tasks in your current role)
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and either Dutch or French. Any other language is an asset
• Exposure to improvement initiatives related to finance processes systems organization working capital cash flow cost reduction etc. is an asset
• Consulting exposure is a plus but not a requirement
