Job Summary:
Were seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our medical device sales team and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies manage a high-performing sales team and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and optimize performance
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals providing coaching guidance and support
- Foster a culture of innovation customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Operational Management:
- Manage sales budgets forecasts and performance metrics
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Experience:
- Proven sales leadership experience in the medical device industry
- Strong track record of sales growth and revenue achievement
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
