What youll be doing:
As a Cloud Technician (L2) youll be the first point of contact for technical support within our managed services team handling second-line support tickets and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Youll work across Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments troubleshoot incidents and contribute to automation and process improvements.
Youll collaborate with team leads and engineers to refine workflows mentor junior staff and support critical tooling. Your role will be key in driving technical excellence enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to a high-performing technical services team.
We want to hear from you if you:
- You have experience in a managed services environment and strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Youre confident handling second-line support tickets and troubleshooting across Windows and Apple OS.
- Youre familiar with tools like ConnectWise Site24x7 Meraki and Microsoft Defender.
- Youre passionate about mentoring others and improving service processes.
- Youre organised customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.
- You hold or are working towards Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 AZ-140 or SC-900.
