Job Summary

Architectural Technician

Leicester

Up to 35000

Aztrum are proud to announce that we will be partnering with a developing innovative architectural practice located in Leicester. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Architectural Technician to contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning policies
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues
Support planning applications and building control submissions

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit and other relevant design software
3-5 years experience within architectural practice
Experience in the Residential & Commercial sectors
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
Experience in producing technical drawings and construction documentation
Proven track record on working towards RIBA stages 0-4
