2887 User Experience Content Design Coordinator
About the role
We have an exciting full-time position available for a UX Content Design Coordinator in the Marketing & Content Operations Team.
The Marketing & Content Operations Team governs and manages customer-facing content to build trust and enhance customer experiences. As part of this team the UX Content Design Coordinator is responsible for designing delivering and optimising content experiences across the customer website digital products and offline channels while applying human-centred design principles. Youll draw on data-driven insights to improve content touchpoints across customer journeys and advocate for user needs while balancing business goals. Youll be a big picture critical thinker while also staying close to the detail to deliver clear consistent and customer-friendly content that drives positive customer action.

Your skills and experience
For this role we are looking for great talent with:
Together with the user experience skills you have copywriting and editing experience to produce customer centric content that incorporates digital publishing best practice to improve user interactions. You know good content isnt just about good grammar and spelling but also about creating engaging experiences that support customer needs and business goals. Youre well known for your collaborative approach and ability to develop relationships both with your business stakeholders and external agencies while using your digital and content skills to advocate best industry practices. Ideally you have worked in a similar role and can display knowledge of digital marketing strategies and frameworks while being able to adapt to change in a consistently evolving field.
