Job Description:
- The intern will assist ongoing and new projects to improve efficiency and solve problems in the Facility Operations and Maintenance department by measuring air or fluid pressures and flows electrical voltage current and power consumption heat and cooling loads in buildings or closed loop systems.
- He/She will contribute to routine and corrective maintenance on building environmental systems and controls.
Hours will be dependent on school schedule.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school equivalency and actively enrolled in a college or trade schools in the HVAC electrical plumbing or construction trades.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings architectural plans and written specifications.
- Work individually and in team environment.
- Demonstrate good problem solving skills.
- Work safely with basic hand tools.
- Basic computer skills using MS word Excel and Outlook.
- AutoCAD experience a plus.

The hourly pay range for this position which could be performed in Colorado is $17-28/hr.**Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location skills and experience.
