The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Communications Specialist who will serve as an integrator across all elements of HR communications including company culture learning and development attraction and retention Total Rewards labor relations and HR leadership communications. This role involves direct engagement with the Chief Human Resources Officer and members of the HR Leadership Team. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset strong communication and organizational skills and the capability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
This position allows the candidate to be based out of one of the following: Seattle WA; Renton WA; Hazelwood MO; Berkeley MO; Chicago IL or North Charleston SC.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads overall communications strategy and execution for Chief Human Resources Officer including leadership messages employee engagement internal and external speaking engagements social media etc.
Serves as primary communications partner to HR Strategy team advising and collaborating on effective communications strategies to support the HR function
Partners with HR Strategy team on HR All-Team meetings and serves as moderator
Ensures consistent messaging across all HR communications materials aligning to the vision of the Chief Human Resources Officer
Leads integrated planning and reporting across all HR communications activity such as the development of weekly reports for the HRLT and Chief Human Resources Officer and management of monthly HR communications calendar
Advises on HR Operations communications strategies and tactics
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations or a related field
3 years of experience in written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft engaging content for audiences
3 years of experience in a role that required project management skills
3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources
