Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Training Administrator plays a key role in supporting the learning and development function by managing training systems data and content supporting all plants. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) generating and analyzing training reports to support plant training teams and assisting in the development organization and distribution of training materials through the LMS. This role will build reports and communicate report results out in each plant. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations by keeping data and reports current while also providing administrative support and coordination for training initiatives across all the plants.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes but are not limited to the following):
Training Tools Administration this includes but is not limited to: LMS Teams Enboarder
- Maintain training records and user data in the LMS ensuring data integrity timely updates and appropriate user access levels.
- Upload organize and maintain training materials in the LMS and shared drives.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for LMS-related issues and training system inquiries.
- Monitor training completion status on learning plans and follow up on compliance gaps.
- Assist with audits by preparing documentation related to training activities that a plant may need
- Organize and maintain training documents in teams
Data/Reporting Responsibilities
- Compliance & Program Tracking
- Build and maintain reports to monitor compliance training (e.g. Annual Role-Specific PIT LOTO Cross-Training Skills Matrices Recurrent).
- Track training progress for new hires rollovers department-specific learning plans and Buddy Program eligibility/pay.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy consistency and alignment with Regulatory Food & Workplace Safety.
- Support audit readiness by providing validated records and documentation upon request.
- Maintain a standardized reporting calendar to ensure timely delivery of recurring reports.
- Performance Insights & Strategic Support
- Develop and maintain internal and external dashboards to evaluate training effectiveness and identify gaps for leaders to access training metrics.
- Provide trends to support employee development business continuation and leadership decision-making.
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports to support audits inspections and departmental needs.
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation integrations and tool optimization.
Time Keeping Responsibilities
- Support daily training department operations by assisting with time management duties buddy pay etc.
- Work with the People Department to generate attendance warnings based on Amys Attendance and Punctuality Policy
- Prepare tracking reports for missed punches absences breaks/lunch compliance
- Record and communicate daily call-ins
- Manage time off requests through UKG and update master calendar with approved PTO
- Communicate with training managers and supervisors on anything impacting attendance or issues with compliance for breaks/lunches
Additional Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of all assigned tasks and request additional help or training when needed
- Collaborates with training leadership and subject matter experts to support training needs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes related to training administration data management and reporting.
- Work closely with the training teams in all locations
- Submits Buddy Pay for all 3 plants to payroll each month.
- Order shoe covers keeping them in stock
- Perform other administrative functions on an as-needed basis

- 3 5 years experience working in food manufacturing.
- Experience in training employees.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. Alchemy).
SKILLS
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong proficiency in Alchemy LMS tools: Creator Manager Player and Coach.
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Workplace Safety programs
- Knowledge of Amys plants Procedures and Processes.
- Knowledge of training audit requirements.
- Positive and professional attitude
