Position Overview
Were seeking a dynamic Retail & Café Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store and café. This creative customer-focused leader will drive sales deliver exceptional guest experiences and inspire a high-performing team while ensuring that both areas reflect the vision and values of the Company.
Compensation: $50000$70000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store and café ensuring smooth guest-focused service.
- Lead train and motivate staff to deliver world-class hospitality and uphold brand standards.
- Handle recruiting interviewing hiring training professional development and performance management including coaching and when necessary corrective actions.
- Works closely with senior leadership team to align retail and café operations with Paisley Parks creative and business goals.
- Prepare and present annual department goal proposals monitor sales data and KPIs deliver weekly and end-of-year performance reports to leadership.
- Oversee cash-handling procedures including cash-drawer counts reconciliations and deposits.
- Manage merchandising inventory control vendor relationships vendor coordination and partnerships.
- Identify and implement creative opportunities and revenue-driving initiatives to enhance guest engagement and boost profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee café menu offerings and food-safety compliance
- Coordinate merchandise presence at offsite events including inventory and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all health safety and licensing regulations.
- Foster a positive inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
Qualifications
- 35 years of management experience in retail food & beverage hospitality or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets inventory and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Creative eye for merchandising and guest-experience design.

- Forklift certified company will schedule training if not certified
Note: As Prince was a pescatarian Paisley Park is a Pescatarian food environment while on the Paisley Park campus. Fish eggs and dairy are fine inside the building; beef pork chicken and other meats can be eaten in your vehicle or you may take meals off-site.
Paisley Park is a non-smoking campus.
