Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

The ideal candidate will have proven lettings experience a strong track record of securing new instructions and the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Winning new lettings instructions and growing the landlord portfolio
• Conducting property valuations and advising landlords on the lettings process
• Providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
• Making outbound calls and following up on leads to generate business
• Building and maintaining strong local market knowledge
• Identifying opportunities for business growth and maximising revenue
• Working collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve branch targets

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven ability to secure lettings instructions
• Excellent telephone sales and customer service skills
• Ambitious self-motivated and results-driven
• Intelligent quick-witted and able to work under pressure
• Well-presented and articulate
• Local knowledge of Basildon and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car
