Lettings Negotiator - Shirehampton - up to 28k basic Commission
This is a great opportunity to join a leading multi branch independent agent who have built up a truly impressive brand over many years. A busy office where you will be registering applicants booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a Lettings negotiator ideally with experience within the property industry.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:
- Arranging and carrying property viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
- Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
- Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and Car
