WANTED! Head of Lettings - Our client an independent estate and lettings agency is seeking an experienced Lettings professional to be their Head of Lettings.

The role will involve responsibility for the overall performance and growth of the lettings and property management departments in the Basingstoke area. This is a senior role with strategic and operational oversight.

Senior leadership role overseeing the lettings operation in Basingstoke responsible for growing market share winning instructions leading the team and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Leading and developing the lettings department
• Driving growth through new landlord instructions
• Managing and mentoring the lettings team
• Building and maintaining long-term landlord relationships
• Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and regulations
• Setting monitoring and achieving departmental targets
• Maintaining high standards of customer service for landlords and tenants

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in a senior lettings role (Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager level)
• ARLA qualification (or willingness to work towards)
• Strong track record of winning instructions and growing portfolios
• Confident leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and business development ability
• Knowledge of the Basingstoke lettings market advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
