Eligible for Flexible Working Arrangement: Yes. Four days a week will be expected to be in one of our offices up to 1 day from home.

Key duties:
Please note that this division of responsibilities may be adjusted at any time to meet organizational needs. This is not an exhaustive list rather it is meant to provide guidelines to the content of the role.
Lead all graphic design and branding initiatives overseeing the creation and consistent application of visual materials for organizational reports proposals and promotional publications.
Manage the full marketing lifecycle including coordinating internal requests defining clear project timelines and ensuring all content aligns with KESs core values and program specifications.
Drive marketing effectiveness by managing budgets conducting surveys to measure impact and providing monthly reports on initiative performance to the management team.
Serve as a supportive team leader managing staff workload conducting regular team meetings and performance reviews and addressing any performance issues in collaboration with the Regional Employment Programs Manager.
Champion organizational efficiency by suggesting appropriate rebranding activities and working with tech teams to automate marketing and departmental processes.
Other duties as required including going beyond the job description when necessary.
Skills were looking for in you:
Bachelors Degree (or Equivalent) in Marketing or related field would also except relevant experience in a marketing role
Experience in a leadership/supervisory role
Demonstrated experience providing feedback teaching skills to others and developing tools to improve team efficiency
Thorough knowledge of advertising media outlets in the Kootenays
Excellent computer and skills and proficiency in using social media electronic media and web-based marketing effectively
Strong understanding of confidentiality and adherence to professional codes of conduct; must be willing to submit to a criminal record check.
Commitment to continuous learning with a willingness to remain flexible and adapt to evolving program and organizational needs.
