Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution for Addis mobile app shopping and purchase approval experiences ensuring the app becomes the primary entry point for discovering merchants approving purchases and using credit to transform Latin Americas financial ecosystem.
Elevate Mobile App Engagement: Increase key metrics (e.g. weekly active users feature adoption) by 20% in the first six months by launching a new Discovery 2.0 experience including enhanced merchant search geolocation and personalized offers.
Boost Purchase Approvals: Reduce the average time-to-yes for returning users by 30% within the first three months by designing and launching a seamless in-app purchase approval flow.
Optimize Funnel Conversion: Increase the end-to-end conversion rate by 15% through strategic orchestration and consistent handoffs to the mobile app.
Establish Data-Driven Decision Making: Implement comprehensive funnel tracking and build performance dashboards for the mobile app providing a baseline for key stakeholders to monitor product health and inform future iterations.
Launch Foundational Mobile App Features: Successfully drive at least two major 01 product initiatives from ideation to launch within the first year demonstrating a strong ability to build from scratch and iterate based on user feedback.
Experience & Demonstrated Achievements
5-7 years of experience in product management with a minimum of 3 years focused on mobile applications in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
Proven track record of launching successful 01 mobile products from discovery to launch.
Demonstrated experience using data analytics tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Amplitude) to define metrics and make product decisions.
Experience with API integrations and working closely with engineering teams on technical product specifications.
Mobile Product Craft:
Deep understanding of mobile-specific UX/UI patterns platform best practices (iOS/Android) and performance optimization.

Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments taking an idea from concept to a shipped high-impact product.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Skilled at building consensus and driving alignment among diverse teams (e.g. Engineering Design Data Lending and Marketplace) towards shared product goals.
