The Lead Cleaner III is responsible for giving direction motivation and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday 6pm to 6am

Basic Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required and on the job training provided
No high school diploma GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service experience

One (1) year of similar work experience

Supervisor experience

Requirement:

Ability to speak basic English and will accept candidates with the desire to learn and study the terminology pertaining to a Cleanroom environment

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to team members
Relay communication between team members client customers and management
Report performance issues to the Supervisor
Assist with the training of cleaning team
Coordinate work assignments
Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
Report work orders for maintenance
Makes sure premises are secured at all times
Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager
Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
Check supplies equipment and chemicals weekly
Complete order forms completely and accurately
Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.
Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities
Cleaning in a cleanroom environment using mopping spraying and wiping techniques to ensure sterilization of ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanroom areas
Stocking of uniforms protective gear and miscellaneous items to distribute to cleanroom gowning rooms and controlled areas daily
Gathering trash and recyclables and taking them to the necessary compactors and recycling bins
