Overview
This role is a unique opportunity to help build and scale the field marketing function while playing a hands-on role in growing patient acquisition and revenue across a designated territory.
This role will be responsible for planning and executing local events building tailored go-to-market strategies for key practice locations and developing region-specific campaigns in close partnership with dental practice managers and clinical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Take full ownership of field marketing efforts within your assigned region developing detailed and strategic plans to support regional growth goals and practice performance
- Design and implement local marketing strategies to drive patient growth aligned with network objectives
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for priority practice locations and high-value patient segments
- Collaborate closely with practice managers to build territory-specific patient acquisition strategies that reflect each locations services and community landscape
Campaign Management & Community Engagement
- Foster relationships with local businesses healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance brand presence plan events and partnerships and drive referrals
- Build relationships with local medical associations health publications and community partners to expand presence and secure speaking/editorial opportunities
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute events such as community health fairs school dental screening events and professional networking events that enhance visibility and drive patient engagement
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with local healthcare events demonstrating strong project management skills and attention to detail
Sales & Practice Support
- Make suggestions for region-specific promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with local patient demographics and preferences
Analysis & Optimization
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness lead quality and event ROI to both regional and executive audiences
- Manage the local marketing budget and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the broader marketing team to ensure branding consistency message alignment and optimal use of central assets
- Contribute to building scalable processes templates and frameworks that will define the future of the Field Marketing organization
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing healthcare marketing or related role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy requirements
- Experience with event planning and community engagement
- Proficiency in analytics platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with budget management and vendor coordination
- Knowledge of dental/medical practice operations preferred
