As our Business Support Specialist youll play a critical role in supporting our Sales team helping us stay organized efficient and focused on what matters most: our customers.
This role can be filled in our San Francisco headquarters OR remotely in the U.S.
How Youll Make an Impact:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and help ensure clean reporting and dashboards.
Assist with creating and polishing sales presentations proposals and key client materials.
Coordinate meetings team events and sales contests to keep our team motivated and engaged.
Support contract processing onboarding activities and cross-team communication.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and help the sales team operate more effectively.
What Were Looking For:
2 years in an administrative sales support or business operations role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with tools like Salesforce (or similar CRM) Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive can-do attitude.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Compensation
The US total compensation range for this full-time position is inclusive of salary equity. Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills experience and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.
