Purpose
To manage the customers requirements as per the established Hub Agreement and to monitor customer service needs follow up port calls and provide support to the customer.

Formal authorities
The position has the authority to act within this Functional Description agreed budgets and within the chart of authority as outlined in the companys Global Integrated Management System (GIMS).
Main responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process for Proforma Final and Supplementary Disbursement Accounts (PDAs FDAs SDAs) including documentation collection preparation and submission to the principal for approval.
Analyze local port tariffs historical data and agent estimates to prepare accurate cost forecasts for upcoming port calls.
Review and validate all disbursement accounts against Principal guidelines port tariffs and contractual agreements.
Ensure precise financial data alignment across the Principals CRM system and our internal CRM platform maintaining consistency between budgets forecasts accruals and actuals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Principal and local agents resolving queries and providing timely clarifications.
Generate and distribute weekly Statements of Account and other required reports in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee payment follow-up and accurate allocation of funds from the Principal to local ports.
Maintain comprehensive and compliant filing systems for all accounts adhering to internal and external standards.

Main Qualifications
Formal education in business administration or at least 2 years relevant work experience.
Experience from ships agency operational work or other relevant shipping experience.
Fluent English both in writing and speaking
Ability to work independently and systematically
Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
