Technical Facility Coordinator (Mechanical Engineer)

Act as front liners who will be hands-on in doing the facilities quick fix repairs and maintenance vendor coordination/assistance

Reporting to Engineer and will communicate as well for the status update Data Center equipment under repair/maintenance and other urgent facility issues or concerns.

Carry out maintenance and improvement work ensuring all procedures processes and client requirements are taken into consideration.

Maintain various equipment and facilities to ensure good operating condition in accordance with the agreed maintenance plan. Maximize efficiency with minimal maintenance and energy costs.

Routine inspection and control of all areas under clients lease agreement with the landlord.

Reading of utility meters and maintaining of data collected.

When problem about the premises occurs act as first line of defense. Investigate the cause before the arrival of maintenance contractor try to maintain and recover normal operation.

Safekeeping of records for all minor and major improvement works including all corrective and preventive maintenance activities.

Supervise the performance of contractors to ensure smooth execution of maintenance works and adherence to the required standards.

Ensure all technical services works are complying to Critical Environment Management procedures.

Work closely with contractors and vendors on a regular basis conducting risk assessment and following safety protocols ensuring compliance to submitted SWMS and work procedures.
