Job Summary

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any course
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in doing Recruitment Coordination and Administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge in the use of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities coordinate schedules and handle administrative tasks efficiently;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Detail oriented.

Job Description:

  • Interview Scheduling: Organizes panel interviews for Primary Recruiters and Hiring Managers managing the interview workload and ensuring all interviews are scheduled through Workday. Communicates interview details with candidates including dates times and specifics related to the interview format (online or in-person)
  • Assessment Scheduling: Coordinates the timing for assessments and uses third-party tools or platforms to send technical/functional tests to candidates. Ensures that all parties are informed and prepared for assessment sessions.
  • Job Posting: Manages job postings across various platforms ensuring accurate and engaging listings to attract top talent.
  • Administrative Compliance: Maintains strict adherence to personal data privacy regulations and ensures that any background checks and all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Offer letter preparation: Manages the offer letter process with ensuring that each letter reflects the terms of employment benefits and compliance with employment laws.
  • Onboarding: Assists the recruitment team in the timely collection of preemployment requirements of new hires
  • Recruitment Marketing
  • Creates recruitment collaterals for social media and print using existing templates
  • Provides logistical assistance in various campus and other industry recruiting events
  • Handles all correspondences with universities or trade partners in relation to recruitment related activities or events
  • Handles logistical requirements of all recruitment events
