Summary:

TheHRInvestigatorisresponsibleforconductingthoroughandimpartialworkplaceinvestigationsadministeringourcasemanagementsystem(EthicsPoint/Navex).

JobDuties&Responsibilities:

  • -clientprivilegewhennecessary.
  • Interviewcomplainantsrespondentsandwitnesseswithprofessionalismandneutrality.
  • Analyzeevidencemaintaindetaileddocumentationandpreparecomprehensiveinvestigationreports.
  • ManagetheintaketriageandtrackingofcasesthroughtheEthicsPoint/Navexplatform.
  • Effectivelymanagecaseloadofinvestigationstomeetexpectedtimeframesforcompletion.
  • CommunicatefindingsasappropriatetomanagementHRandreportingparties.
  • Ensuretimelyupdatesaccuraterecordkeepingandpropercaseclosure.
  • Provideregularandad-hocupdatesonthestatusandtrendingoutcomeofinvestigationstomanagementandstakeholders.
  • Generatereportsandanalyticstoidentifytrendsandsupportcomplianceefforts.
  • CollaboratewithHRAdvisorsHRBusinessPartnersHRleadershipLegaland/orCompliancetodetermineappropriateactionsbasedoninvestigationfindings.
  • Provideguidanceonpolicyinterpretationandriskmitigationstrategies.
  • Ensurecompliancewithcollectivebargainingagreementguidelinessurroundinggrievancesandinvestigations.
  • SupportHRinimplementingcorrectiveactionsandfollow-upmeasures.
  • AssistLegalandComplianceteamstorespondtosubpoenasauditsandotherformaldatarequests.
  • Ensuretimelyandaccurateretrievalofrelevantdocumentationandcommunications.
  • Maintainconfidentialityanddataintegritythroughouttheprocess.
  • EnsurelegalcompliancewithallStateandFederalregulations.
  • Performsotherrelateddutiesasassigned.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday8am-5pm
  • In-officeminimum1dayperweek;upto5daysasneededforinvestigationpurposes.
  • Localtravelupto20%
  • Mayrequireeveningandweekendasneededtoconnectwithemployeesforinvestigationinterview
