Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless communication maintain strong client relationships and support the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor account performance prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
2 years of experience in account management client services or related roles.
Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Professional demeanor with a focus on client satisfaction.
