Key Responsibilities

Oversee monthly quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Manage global month-end and year-end close general ledger oversight and intercompany reconciliations
Lead accounting for business combinations foreign currency translation and ASC 606 revenue
Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and technical accounting matters
Strengthen internal controls financial systems and accounting processes
Support tax compliance budgeting and forecasting activities
Drive ERP improvements and accounting system optimization
Mentor and develop junior accounting staff
