Job Title: Territory Manager - Sacramento/Reno
Position Overview
The Territory Manager for Sacramento/Reno will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the government account market presence in this territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the medical technology industry possess excellent communication skills and be committed to improving healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals hospitals and clinics within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to stakeholders on medical technology products.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development and sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and presentations for management when required.
- Stay informed about industry developments competitors and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
- Attend trade shows and represent the company at industry events to promote products and services.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or military background.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Experience- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical technology or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Experience with account management and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with healthcare settings and understanding of clinical workflows is preferred.
