Role Overview:

Were looking for an Auditor Operations Intern to join our Quality Department and support the end-to-end management of our global auditor network. In this role youll contribute directly to maintaining and strengthening Qualifyzes auditor base a key pillar of our mission to bring trust and transparency to the life sciences supply chain.

You will collaborate closely with the Quality team to source qualify and manage auditors ensuring smooth operations and alignment with our companys strategic objectives. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management supplier qualification and process improvement within a fast-growing international environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team to manage the full end-to-end auditor qualification process from sourcing new auditors in alignment with our companys strategic objectives to documentation review interview preparation and qualification record generation.

• Engage in auditor-related operational activities such as managing communications controlling training records supporting auditor invoicing and more.

• Contribute to the standardization and streamlining of our processes driving efficiency and consistency across our operations.

• Bring your own ideas and experiment with new approaches to continuously improve our quality management practices.

Main Requirements:

• Currently studying Pharmacy Biology Chemistry or a related field.

• Curious and eager to learn about the Quality and Audit landscape.

• Motivated to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing startup environment.

• Proactive organized and ready to make an impact within the team.
