We are looking for a curious motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern to join our Tech and Product team in Barcelona.
Flowbox is a fast-scaling SaaS company founded in 2016. Our platform enables brands to collect manage and publish User Generated Content (UGC) across their marketing and E-commerce channels.
In September 2025 Flowbox acquired the Danish company Dreaminfluence a leading influencer marketing platform. Post-acquisition Flowbox now serves more than 1000 customers and employs over 60 people across offices in Stockholm Barcelona Amsterdam and Copenhagen.
You will be part of our Tech and Product organisation working closely with Engineering Product Management and our customer-facing teams (Customer Success Support and Sales Engineering).
The Technical Support teams mission is to ensure Flowbox runs smoothly for every client resolve technical issues efficiently and continuously improve the quality and reliability of our platform.
As an intern you will join this team with a strong learning focus receiving close guidance and hands-on exposure to real production systems.
You will support the Technical Support team by helping diagnose issues investigate technical behaviours and document findings while learning how a SaaS product operates in real customer environments.
This role is designed to give you practical experience at the intersection of customers product and engineering.
A regular day will include:
Assisting in handling technical questions from internal teams mainly Customer Success and Technical Support
Reviewing basic implementation setups embed codes scripts and integrations under guidance
Investigating issues using browser DevTools logs and step-by-step reproductions
Helping document bugs clearly and providing structured information to Engineering
Contributing to and updating internal technical documentation and playbooks
Supporting the Technical Support Lead in improving workflows tools and internal processes
Learning best practices for implementations across common E-commerce platforms and CMS setups
This is an internship or entry-level role. Prior professional experience is not required.
To thrive in this role you should:
Be structured organised and curious
Be eager to learn and comfortable asking questions
Enjoy problem-solving and understanding how things work
Be comfortable explaining technical topics in a clear simple way
Have basic exposure to HTML CSS and JavaScript (academic or self-taught is fine)
Be familiar with browser DevTools or willing to learn quickly
Communicate clearly in English both written and spoken
This role involves frequent interaction with internal teams so good communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
