Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist

Join our Talent team at TAL as a Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist on a 12-month contract. Were looking for someone whos already got solid experience as an internal recruiter and isnt afraid to bring fresh ideas and use AI tools to make work smarter. In this role you will: 

• Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing assessment and selection of internal and external talent
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn campaigns and our CRM SmartRecruiters
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to drive positive talent outcomes
• Be a brand ambassador for TAL by continuing to build our employee brand in the external market ensuring were recognised as an employer of choice
• Assist with operational recruitment reporting projects and process improvements across the Talent team

Qualifications :

• End to end talent acquisition experience ideally within Insurance Superannuation or Financial Services
• Demonstrated ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders at of all levels of the organisation
• Appreciation and commitment to a positive candidate experience plus a real sense of teamwork and collaboration
• Strong continuous improvement mindset
