About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated engaged applicant with a strong work ethic who thrives in a very busy environment in our small and friendly Legal team. There is a broad variety of work which sees you working with many business units across the NSW facilities as well as collaborating with colleagues at Group level.
This rewarding opportunity will see you join the St Vincents Private Hospital Sydney (SVPHS) located in Darlinghurst as a Leasing Manager/Property Lawyer in our Legal team which supports our NSW facilities.
You will bring your passion to the role where you will work with other Legal team members and the Executive Director of Legal & Risk to support the NSW facilities by preparing lease documents (commercial and some retail) managing the tenancy and rental schedules for the NSW facilities (including rent reviews at SVPHS). You will also help support legislative compliance preparing commercial contracts and agreements and providing general legal support including compliance functions.
About You:
As an outstanding Leasing Manager/Property Lawyer you are a master at time management and have a strong capability to evaluate ideas and information sometimes working under tight deadlines. You will manage a significant portfolio of leases (mainly commercial some retail).
