Job Summary
Business Analyst/ Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Collect clean and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and trends
that drive business strategy and decision-making.
Work with structured and unstructured data (text files) andensuring data
consistency and integrity.
Developstrongunderstanding of the business model & operationalworkflowsof the
business
Leverage data analytics to identify business and process issues collaborating with
internal and external teams to develop and implement effective solutions
Provide data support for ad-hoc requests ensuring quick turnaround on project
deliverables and reporting needs.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay data findings progress
updates and issue resolutions.
Tools and Skills:
Masters or Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Engineering
Mathematics Statistics Economics or a related analytics field from top-tier
universities.
2 yearsof experience with solid analytical skills and a hands-onexperience in
Python and SQL.
Experience withAWS (cloud services)and data processing tools likeApache Hive.
Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) for effective stakeholder
engagement and project updates.
Hands-on experience withJIRAor other project management toolsis a plus.
Experience in dashboarding and reporting tools likeTableau and Excelare a plus.
Advanced data science and machine learning skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in ahybrid work environment(2-
3 days in the office).
