Lead the sales journey for our clients by building strong partnerships understanding their needs and showcasing the value of ScalePads innovative solutions. Youll receive the training and support needed to master our products and confidently demonstrate their capabilities. With your sharp market insight and go-to-market instincts youll excel in our fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A self-starter with a creative edge you balance priorities with empathy and serve as ScalePads voice to the world- driving growth and elevating MSP solutions on a global stage.
Responsibilities.
- Lead the complete sales process from initial engagement sales demo and strategic consultation with prospects to understanding their unique needs articulating the value proposition of ScalePad and ultimately closing deals. Your ability to navigate this cycle efficiently and effectively will be key to our continued success.
- Serve as the face of ScalePad to our prospects acting as a trusted advisor and educating them on the full suite of sales resources available. Demonstrate how our solutions can address their needs now and in the future to support their business growth and client success.
- Stay ahead of the curve in the fast-paced world of MSPs by maintaining a deep knowledge base of market behavior and trends. Anticipate partner needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
- Utilize exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Listen with empathy and understanding becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for our partners.
- Play a crucial role in contributing operationally to the growth and success of our company. Provide insights and feedback to shape strategies processes and product offerings ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation in the MSP space.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software leveraging insights to optimize outreach strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on product enhancements process improvements and market insights to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications.
- 2 years of successful SaaS or B2B experience in a business development or sales role where you learned and applied in depth industry product knowledge to consult on the needs of the client.
- We would love to know if you have experience in the MSP space or selling to IT decision-makers. If you do not yet have experience with IT or MSP tell us why you are interested in ScalePad and the MSP space now.
- You can discuss a past demonstrated ability to succeed with a plan which may have included strategies to position and advise on new products or new features within existing products.
- You can share a process or methodology you have learned to support your clients experience in evaluating and selecting a service or product based solution.
- Metrics-driven mindset with expertise in pipeline management conversion tracking and leveraging CRM systems like Hubspot or SFDC to manage and communicate your potential results and forecast.
- Proven success in fast-paced dynamic and entrepreneurial environments balancing multiple priorities with precision and empathy.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills both written and verbal adept at building rapport with partners colleagues and managers.
