Our Product Marketing Specialist will lead the development and execution of the GTM strategy for a healthcare tech product. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution working closely with cross-functional teams including Product B2C Marketing Commercial and Sales.
The focus will be on engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs) through targeted go-to-market initiatives opportunity sizing journey mapping messaging and sales enablement. The ideal candidate combines strategic capability commercial acumen and hands-on marketing expertise specifically in the HCP market.
Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy
- Lead the B2B marketing strategy for the prescriber-facing platform
- Identify size and prioritise market opportunities within the HCP segment.
- Map customer journeys and develop messaging frameworks tailored to HCP audiences.
- Develop sell-in strategies and supporting sales enablement tools.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns targeting HCPs.
- Create and manage content promotional materials and educational assets.
- Propose budgets to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Track campaign performance and refine initiatives based on insights and analytics.
Sales Enablement & Launch Support
- Develop tools collateral and messaging to support the sales team in educating and engaging HCPs.
- Ensure alignment between B2C DTC initiatives and the B2B HCP launch.
- Support field teams with tools and messaging to enhance engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Commercial to integrate insights and priorities into the B2B strategy.
- Work with creative teams and vendors to deliver high-quality assets and campaign deliverables.
- Facilitate alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution of launch plans.
- Work with Regulatory functions to ensure all outputs are compliant.
Market Insights & Reporting
- Track industry trends competitor activity and prescriber behaviour.
- Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical standards in healthcare marketing.
Qualifications :
- Please Note: this is a 3-6 month contract immediate availability preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product/platform marketing
- Experience marketing to HCPs / clinical audiences would be ideal.
- Experience developing GTM strategies for digital products highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinker coupled with the ability to execute.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with TGA and Medicines Australia Code of Conduct would be a plus.
